4. What is coaching? It helps you figure out the “how” of getting from where you are now in your life to where you want to be in the future.
5. What’s the difference between coaching and therapy? Coaching focuses on the “how” and consistently focuses on forward movement. Therapy focuses on “why” you are the way you are and healing past wounds. Both coaching and therapy are valid and meaningful practices.

If you work with me in the Get Clients Now!™Program, you will learn the best ways to promote yourself, get focused on your goals, and get a clear plan of action on how to hit those goals. I will support all the way through the process. If you do both programs, the results will astound you!
9. How does it work? I have both private and group coaching clients: Private sessions are typically 2 times per month for 55 minutes on the phone. Group programs are both in person and on the phone. Coaching can be customized to meet your needs.
10. I’m not sure I can afford coaching… I get that - I thought that too when I first became a client. Coaching is an investment in your business and yourself. Check with your accountant – it may be tax deductible. If you looked back a year from now, and had changed your life personally, AND grew your business, what would that be worth to you?
11. I’m not sure I can afford coaching… That being said, please don’t be afraid to ask me my rates. I am not the cheapest person around, but I am far from being the most expensive. I know what this work can do, so I have been very intentional with creating a price point that honors my time and expertise while being able to offer my services to the largest amount of people possible.
