I am searching for the position of Secretary/Administration Assistant.
I am a self-motivated Administration Assistant with a Certificate III in Business Administration
and I have few years of office experience. I am seeking to advance my skills and experience.
I have taken an offer to work as a volunteer at Fabulous Catering. I have proven that I am honest,
energetic, creative as well as multitasking and currently working part time as a Waiter and
Supervisor with Fabulous Catering where I liaising, prepared food and serving with many levels
of clients.
Prior to this, my previous working experience as a Secretary at HM Lawyers, where I performed
general reception and administrative tasks as well as customer service. Through my experiences
at HM Lawyers and working with top five Shipping & Logistics companies, I have developed
my administration and customer relation skills, learned to work as an integral member of a team,
and maintained the highest standards of professionalism.
I have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and professional manner, and an
excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I also have exceptional attention
to details with ability to priorities and juggle multiple tasks.
