But when other dry cleaners began threatening its turf, White Rose called on WestBrook to help them defend their BRAND! In 2015 & 2016, WestBrook was challenged with the task of revitalizing the White Rose Brand to attract more new customers whilst repositioning the brand from pioneer to trendsetter in professional dry cleaning. This is solidified in their new visual identity, with vibrant colors expressing the brand’s upbeat person- ality. After the brand identity design and development, it was time to take the brand to the community at large. We kicked things off with a fully responsive e-commerce website to enable online shoppers to make their orders. Next, a social media campaign and targeted brand activation campaign helped people in the Nairobi city estates understand the convenience of shop- ping at the comfort of their homes or offices and enjoying free delivery.
