Research shows an estimated 70% of professional men and women entertain such doubts on a daily basis. They are symptoms of Imposter Syndrome, a pernicious, draining and potentially damaging set of beliefs that has us doubting our abilities, underestimating our knowledge and down-playing our achievements. In this session I will shine a light on this shockingly prevalent phenomenon and the damage it is doing. I will also share practical tips for defeating our Imposter thoughts, and reconnecting with our innate wisdom, confidence and courage.
