Charterers’ Liability
• Any type of charterer, no matter how big or small
• All type of vessels
• No restriction regarding vessel’s Class or P&I provider
• Worldwide trading
• Tramp chartering, liner/feeder business, commodity traders, etc
• For Charterers who carry their own cargo cover can be extended
to Cargo Owners’ Legal Liability insurance. This covers the
liability of the Charterer in their role as cargo owner

Shipowners’ P&I
• Small to midsized and specialized vessels including
yachts worldwide
• Specializing in non-cargo carrying vessels, such as
fishing vessels, tugs, supply vessels and any other
specialist craft operated at sea or in ports.

• Bunker Blue Cards accepted by most flag states
