25 years full-time experince as a state musician (violinist, concertmaster, arranger, clarinettist, conductor) in the British Army. 11 years as freelance musician (violinist) and arranger. Proprietor of Pandora-Spectrum Music, Bournemouth, BH4 8BU, and Executive Producer of the Magic of Mantovani Orchestra at Barrett Films. Franck's arrangements are regularly erformed all over the world by leading orchestras, bands and chamber ensembles. He also plays recitals with his Spectrum Duo, and concerts and events with his Spectrum Palm Court Trio, Spectrum Gala String Quartet, and Spectrum Salon Orchestra.
