First of all, let me thank you for your email. Vigilant players such as you are a fantastic resource for us in
helping keep the tables free of collusion and fair for all.
I've completed my review of ______ and ________. First, in any collusion review, we take a look at the
relationship between the players in question. These players are quite clearly not related. In fact, they are
based in separate states (OR COUNTRIES) and have never logged in from the same computer. They've
never made a player to player transfer, nor have they shared any payment processor accounts (such as
NETeller or FirePay).
Obviously this doesn't preclude the possibility of collusion. Therefore, we have taken the additional step of
investigating the play and reviewing the hands with the cards face up. As you may know, we store all of the
hands in our database and take a look at anything that's ever happened on the site. In live cash games, we
primarily look for hands where a fair amount of erratic action takes place either through whipsawing,
squeeze playing, soft playing, or folding.
I've taken a look at the hands these players have shared together and… <input your professional poker
opinion here>…
I certainly do wish to reiterate that we appreciate your feedback, however. A report such as yours is
valuable in helping us to pick up leads on players who may be colluding. If you see anything strange in the
