Lecture "Ageing and Lifelong Training: Challenges and Measures in the Spanish Construction Industry" by our Training Director, José Antonio Viejo, during the European Vocational Skills Week, held from November 5 to 9, 2018 in Vienna (Austria).
Spanish Construction Industry is facing major challenges in recent years. The ageing of workers and the promotion of key competences in a changing environment, where innovations are coming faster and faster and the competitiveness of companies depends more and more on digital transformation are some of the keys of the work of the Fundación Laboral de la Construcción.
