I. OBJECTIVES

Objectives must be meet over the week and connected to the curriculum standards. To meet the objectives, necessary procedures must be followed and if needed,
additional lessons, exercises and remedial activities may be done for developing content knowledge and competencies. These are using Formative Assessment strategies.
Valuing objectives support the learning of content and competencies and enable children to find significance and joy in learning the lessons. Weekly objectives shall be
derived from the curriculum guides.

B. Performance Standards:  This module will allow students to learn
fundamental skills of Arnis through lessons
that are presented in order it will taken up in
the class.

Competencies/Objectives:
Write the LC Code for each
At the end of the lesson:
 Practice skills and learned in this
course with few observable errors in
techniques.
 Execute with confidence the
fundamental skills in Arnis
 Understand the rules,conventions
and terminology in Arnis by using
them during the execution of the
skills
 Perform the warm-up, stretching and
cool down exercises properly and on
my own.
 Determine my fitness levels and
identify areas for improvement.
 Be open to criticism when a peer is
evaluating performance, and at the
same time be critical and fair when
evaluating others.
 
 Be honest and fair at all times.

These steps should be done across the week. Spread out the activities appropriately so that students will learn well. Always be guided by demonstration of learning by the students
which you can infer from formative assessment activities. Sustain learning systematically by providing students with multiple ways to learn new things, practice their learning,
question their learning processes, and draw conclusions about what they learned in relation to their life experiences and previous knowledge. Indicate the time allotment for each
step.

To meet the objectives, necessary procedures must be followed and if needed, additional lessons, exercises and remedial activities may be done for developing content knowledge and competencies. These are using Formative Assessment strategies. Valuing objectives support the learning of content and competencies and enable children to find significance and joy in learning the lessons. Weekly objectives shall be derived from the curriculum guides. A. Content Standards:    B. Performance Standards:  This module will allow students to learn fundamental skills of Arnis through lessons that are presented in order it will taken up in the class.    C. Learning Competencies/Objectives: Write the LC Code for each At the end of the lesson:  Practice skills and learned in this course with few observable errors in techniques.  Execute with confidence the fundamental skills in Arnis  Understand the rules,conventions and terminology in Arnis by using them during the execution of the skills  Perform the warm-up, stretching and cool down exercises properly and on my own.  Determine my fitness levels and identify areas for improvement.  Be open to criticism when a peer is evaluating performance, and at the same time be critical and fair when evaluating others.  

C. Presenting Examples/Instances of the Lesson  Lesson consist of three (3) parts:  The routine warm- up  The basic skills in grip and body stance  The cool down exercise D. Discussing New Concepts and Practicing New Skills  Performing warm- up and dynamic stretching exercises.  Learning the fundamental skills in Arnis: 1. Holding the stick with proper grip 2.
