and brand awareness in Cowboys
Stadium’s upscale Founders Club

Overview
Bell Helicopter prides itself on providing its customers with prod-
ucts and services second to none. So when Bell Helicopter needed
to create an upscale branded destination, it turned to Global
Experience Specialists (GES). Partnering with Portland-based
design firm Downstream, GES created a unique, engaging environ-
ment. Designed to subtly impress attendees while reinforcing
Bell Helicopter’s brand, this venue surrounds visitors with deluxe
seating, eye-catching product information, and tasteful branding.
As a result, the space has maximized Bell Helicopter’s exposure
during games, private functions, daily tours, and more.

Objectives
• Increase the public’s awareness of Bell Helicopter’s products,
  brand, and connection with its hometown, Dallas/Fort Worth.
• Provide groups with an upscale space which
  includes catering capabilities and a full bar.
• Position Bell Helicopter as a customer focused company
  which provides sophisticated equipment along with luxury.
• Showcase Bell Helicopter’s products and
  history in an engaging way.


Solutions
• Designed and fabricated seating units with museum-
  quality cases for graphics and scaled models.
• Utilized clean, precise vinyl to place unobtrusive
  branding on the large windows overlooking the field.
• Installed stylish 3-D logos behind the bar and
  on the nearby wood-grained columns.
• Increased the brand’s visibility in exclusive
  areas within the stadium by incorporating
  logos within the preferred parking area.


Results
• Bell Helicopter’s tasteful environment resonates with
  attendees without distracting them from the event.
• Four scaled models of helicopters draw in passersby while
  delivering key product information and messaging.
• Bell Helicopter has connected with sports fans, private
  event attendees, and concert and tour goers alike — the
  stadium can hold more than 100,000 guests for events.
