7. WHO
ARE WE?
Gary has more than 25 years construction and general business experience in both small and large-scale South African construction
and other related businesses. Gary graduated with a BSc (Construction Management) from the University of Cape Town as well as
qualifying from the Construction Management Program at Stellenbosch University. Gary has actively participated as an executive
director on public and private company boards as well as various committee and sub-committee boards.
Sandy acts as an investment adviser and sits on the Investment Committee of Entrepital. He has 20 years experience in the Investment
Management Industry, having been a portfolio manager for the bulk of this period. He currently runs a niche investment management
business, offering bespoke local and international share portfolios to individual clients and advisers. Through his asset management
experience he has extensive knowledge of different industries, company valuations and investment process that can be leveraged off
in the analysis of potential investment targets.
Brian is a Chartered Financial Analyst, with a Masters in Business Leadership and originally qualified as a Chemical Engineer. He is an
approved Sponsor Executive, Designated Adviser and Registered Person with the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. He is also approved
as an expert by the JSE to conduct valuations and expert opinions for affected transactions. He has been a consistently rated IT and
small/mid cap analyst in the annual Financial Mail review of Analysts over the past 15 years and has published research on over 100
listed IT and other diversified companies. Over the span of his career he has evaluated over 800 diversified businesses.
