and their staff faced challenges in managing the beds, patients, and equipment. With an aim to
better manage their healthcare services during this time, the client was looking for a solution that
would make it easy for their staff to carry out daily tasks in a better and easier way.

Solution Highlights: We are developing a mobile app and a responsive web app for the patient care
assistants and caregivers to keep a record of the occupancy of the beds in their hospitals. The app
will detect each bed and help in getting the data of the current condition of the patient. The medical
staff will enter the information about the patient, bed, and equipment in the app, which will get
submitted to the admin. The web app is thought a centralized dashboard showing the information
entered via the mobile app, specific to each bed, patient, and equipment, with the integration of BI
will also generate various reports and display the information graphically to understand the live
status of each patient occupying the bed. From the backend, it will also be possible to check the
historic data and based on that generate various reports to understand the overall trend and
direction.

The app will also give the overall statistical data of the number of normal, critical, and
recovered patients.
