Social Fabric Programme Lead at Cornwall Rural Community Charity

I am working in a new role as the Social Fabric Programme Lead at CRCC working predominantly with the not-for-profit sector (charities to social enterprises) here in Cornwall and elsewhere in the UK. My main areas of work are digital engagement and social impact projects (be that in person or online) with a particular expertise in the health & social care sector. Facilitation I was a co-facilitator of a weekly Twitter chat called #nhssm which has over 20,000 followers.
