Change out the screen shot on left to that of a standard Taleo job posting please.
Typical landing page (job post) offers no engagement – simply asks the job seeker to “apply or fly” and as a result there is huge drop off.
This is your opportunity to brand yourself and garner engagement by relaying your culture, etc to get the candidate to take that next step and join the talent community.
And by controlling the overall look and feel of these landing pages you eliminate the possibility of a job board displaying competing job openings on the right side of the page. Consistently having this look for all of your openings encourages candidates to join the talent community regardless of which opening they are viewing.
