Helped co-manage and train the manager trainee at South Charleston. The elevator had not

Promoted to VP Grain, Regional Grain Manager, Head Merchandiser and Head of
Originations. Improved gross selling revenue over 50% first year and maintained this level
for the following years.
Directed P&L responsibilities for four locations and supervised six direct reports with a staff
of 40 full time employees.
Directed monthly safety meetings, gathered information directly from staff on how to
improve work hazards, and developed different ways for non-vocal personnel to express
themselves. Reduced reportable accidents to zero since initiating new program.
Developed and implemented sales, marketing, strategicplanning, pricing strategies,
transportation, and safety initiatives.
Produced $1.5 million in grain profits in 2001-2002.
