Components: SUPERGRADHERMETIC is a roller shutter with tubular tilting slats, made with a high
performance aluminium alloy, coated with maximum quality paints and thermoset in a continuous process.
TILTING
Slats can be tilt up to 120º.
OPENING AND CLOSING
The shutter curtain can goes up and
down till reaching the full opening or
a perfect blackout.
At night, closed shutters provide a
valuable contribution to building in-
sulation from outside.
In broad daylight, the tilting slats
allow to control the entry of sunlight
and energy exchange with the outsi-
de. When it is cold, the slats tilted
to 120º provide maximum solar gain
and vision while preserving privacy.

5. OPERATION
All types of SUPERGRADHERMETIC can be ellectrically operated:
• SGH ISG (with wired switch).
• SGH IO motor (with wireless switch).
The SGH ISG motors of a building can be operated individually (with a
wall switch or a remote control), in groups or all together, and can be
connected to a solar sensor.
SGH IO motors use IO-homecontrol®, a highly secure wireless technology
included in a wide range of home equipment marketed by major brands spe-
cialized in the residential sector.
The IO-homecontrol® components in a home are interconnected and use
the same language. A single remote control is enough to operate all of them.
IO-homecontrol® provides comfort, security and energy savings by making
the shutters more efficient: all functions (opening, closing and tilting of slats)
can be programmed according to the priorities established for each situation.
Some types of shutter application (e.g, buit-in or tunnel box) allow manual
operation by means a strap, a wire winder or a crank.

For proper installation, Supercomplet has to be fixed on the window pre-frame,
the window has to be integrated into the Supercomplet set and, finally, the joint-
cover will fit in its place.
Depending on the characteristics of the
work, and for a better use of available

For proper installation proceed to anchor the tunnel box. Then fit the side rails, the shaft and the curtain. Finally, install the
window. If it is not possible to hang the curtain before the window it is very important to provide the space for guide rails.
There are two available types of
roll-up insulating lintel (Tunnel box):
