I am pleased to provide this letter of reference for Mrs Gerda Botha.
Riverside Christian College is a non-denomination alP-12school in rural Queensland and caters
for over 600 day students. Gerda has been employed in an administrative role and includes
management of the student data capture system of the school, along with the schools' LMS, and
administration data base (Denbigh). Gerda's role is a complex one, as she manages allthe data
for the school, liaises with QCAA, supports teaching staff in this role, and also coordinates the
College's bus fleet.
I have successfully worked with Gerda for the last two years. Her work has consistently been
approached conscientiously and diligently. Gerda has a quiet determination about her and strives
for excellence in all that she does. She is an intelligent woman who shows great initiative and
care in her role. Gerda is thoughtful, supportive, and generous of spirit. She is a team player who
is highly regarded by her colleagues.
Gerda genuinely puts the needs of the school first, an attribute that's a stand out in this day and
age, and one that I admire.
