- Ending with a joke/look towards the future: Dutch bank Rabobank is since last week promoting that consumers can get a mortgage within a week (if they have all the paperwork ready). But, if everything is online (from application to analysis), an instant mortgage seems to be possible in the future, via marketplace lending.
