frustrating. Astro Resourcing allows you to do this online. To make an appointment, confirm the
location, format, prework, interviewees, all upfront and online.
One the telephone or face to face interview(s) have taken place, and then Astro Resourcing again
allows you to complete the process all online. To provide feedback to the candidate or the employer
and then to finally agree terms and conditions and conclude the contract.
All contracts will be made direct between the employer and the individual, Astro Resourcing provides
the people, filter and match and takes a small fee for doing this.
Typically recruitment fees, for permanent roles can range between 10% & 30% per appointment –
Astro Resourcing fees are a fixed rate at £180 for a salary under £30,000/annum.
For contract roles, the fees are often a percentage of the day rate agreed between the client and the
agency and can be between 5% and 50% in some cases – again Astro Rescourcing fees are significantly
lower at a one off fixed rate of £180 per placement.
