 Responsible for creating a complex work schedule which involved over 42 employees, 16
lifeguard posts, and a quick reaction force always ready to respond to any emergency.
 Ensured every lifeguard post was manned at all times to provide safety for over 2500 daily
facility patrons.
 Ensured every lifeguard had all required equipment and were relieved on time.
 Responsible for ensuring that all employees had equal time off, and were paid the right amount at
the correct time.
