Ensured the fluid execution of daily operations for the Battalion's (4) companies.
As the Squadron Readiness Officer,significantly reduced the Squadron's Defense Readiness
Reporting System (DRRS-MC) from (40) to (5) hours by creating and implementing an outline
for all involved personnel to follow.
As Physical Security Officer, created the plan that ensured the safety of 700 personnel, 200
vehicles, and over 1,000 weapons / serialized equipment.
Conducted coordination and follow-ups to accomplish tasks and milestones in the planning and

Lifeguard Manager May 2008 – June 2012
Responsible for creating a complex work schedule which involved over 42 employees, 16
lifeguard posts, and a quick reaction force always ready to respond to any emergency.
Ensured every lifeguard post was manned at all times to provide safety for over 2500 daily
facility patrons.
Ensured every lifeguard had all required equipment and were relieved on time.
