 Work with both vendors and customers to ensure that incoming & out going product meets or exceeds the quality
specifications and customer expectations.
 Create, implement & maintain the quality policy, processes & documentation throughout the facility.

 Helped to formulate and implement better supply chains between our company and our customers that decreased our
lead times and saved our company over $10,000,000.
 Reduced the nonconforming materials within the facility by over 80% within 2 years.
 Increased throughput within the Quality department while simultaneously eliminating 95% of overtime.
 Oversaw the upgrade of all photometry equipment within the Quality lab to ensure faster, more reliable data from
testing to meet all state, federal & global compliance laws. This was the first step in creating a system for testing and
tracking photometry data on a global level.
