existing IT infrastructure. Meetings and interviews with several companies with different products in Norway
and Sweden. Presentation of project platform recommendation for the steering group including the CEO.
Contract negotiation with selected supplier, project mandate and detailed project plan delivered customer for
final completion. The web-shop had Go-live November 2014.
Interpearl AS 01.2013 – 04.2013:
Senior software developer- Upgrade of the iOS App Alive Text to v.3.0.0 with use of Objective-C/iOS 6.1
SDK/Xcode 4.6. Implementation of several improvements requested by the App users from all around the world
and adjusted the GUI to iPhone 5 with retina screens.
Norges Bank 09.2010 – 12.2012 (subcontractor through Capgemini):
Senior Software Developer- Hired by request from Norges Bank. Team member of the application management
team organized by Capgemini with responsibility for Findur which is a mission critical system for Norges Bank.
Findur is a portfolio management system with SWIFT connection and has a script engine with support for AVS
and JVS/Java. Key technical project member of the team’s first Findur upgrade include setup of new Test, UAT
and Prod environments. Responsible for maintenance of the data warehouse with development of SSIS/SQL
packages. Scrum reporting, incident handling, documentation, knowledge transfer to internal Capgemini
resources.

Interpearl AS 08.2009 – 08.2010
Senior Software Developer- Development of the iOS App Alive T with use of SDK 3.0/4.02. Design and
development was done as part of internal training. The first version was approved by Apple in January 2010 and
the iPad version was approved in April 2010. The iPad version was Norwegians first iPad App. The App has
support for nine different languages and has users in over 100 countries worldwide. The GPS templates are used
by professional delivery companies in both Germany and Switzerland.

NBIM (Norges Bank Investment Management) 09.2003 – 06.2009 (subcontractor through Consitel AS):
Senior Software Developer- Member of the IT management group
System architect and developer of several data warehouses with complex data structures for analyzing and
monitoring credit limits and value at risk. Credit limits was monitored in regards to Moody’s, Standard & Poor’s
and Fitch ratings and limits defined by the Norwegian Ministry of Finance. Value at Risk was monitored in
regards to limits defined by the Norwegian Ministry of Finance. In periods system owner of several mission
critical systems and main responsible to monitor and handle incidents and support for the IT management team.
Development of databases (MSSQL) and .NET user GUI with XML import/export integration. Member of IT
architecture committee to recommend future IT platform tools and contributor to internal training workshops.
Development and migration of several applications from Delphi to C#/.Net and databases/data warehouses from
Sybase to MSSQL.
Training and knowledge transfer to new supplier of IT services in NBIM.

XML and user maintenance through LDAP (folkeregistret). Extended testing and monitoring with external
products to validate source and capacity to make sure we could handle the high level of transaction throughput
defined by our clients and customers.

Project leader- Evaluation and implementation of a new content management system/CMS for Intranet and
Internet for Siemens in Norway. The project was run in cooperation with Siemens Business Services, Siemens
IT department. The project was well planned with user workshops and finalized within scope and cost.

of press releases. Daily shipping of 150.000 press releases transactions to thousands of customers We created

Project leader- Analyzing of business cases related to Point-of-Sales IT solutions. New regulations for the drug

Senior Software Developer- Created and maintained a LIS (Ledelse og Informasjons System) system for
Telenor Bedrift with use of web technology provided by Platinum Technology.

02.1996 - 05.1998:
Senior Software Developer- IT architect and developer of web solution to register new mobile users as
customers from dealers in Norway. This was Norway’s largest web-extranet at the time and was a huge project
success for Telenor Mobil. The solution had web a web interface with a SQL database for storage. To process
the new customer orders we had integration to “folkeregistret” and to the current IBM mainframe solution. The
system was used by over 200 dealers in Norway and the daily order throughput passed 2 million transactions
orders on peak days.
