Global Reach Out Initiative, Inc (GRO) encourages deaf youth from nations spanning the globe to address social issues that limit deaf populations' opportunities to grow. Our delegates achieve this goal through team-building activities, workshop development, and leadership enrichment. By tapping into the unrealized potential of many, GRO hopes to be the catalyst for an international community of deaf role models. We believe in the domino effect: if one delegate is inspired to work towards social change, many more will follow. Inspiration is contagious!
