When asked about changes made on benefit plans for international assignees participants indicated that other than enhancing their communications effort they made limited plan changes.  However, when they did change a benefit, they were more likely to increase the benefit than decrease it.

  1. War Risk There will be greater detail provided in the results booklet but half of the participants reported that their AD&D, LTD or BTA plan contained a war risk exclusion. Yet only 60% of those companies that reported an exclusion had moved to secure a War Risk rider.
