Hoy ! Hello. My name is Gracia Agatha and my nick name
is Cha-cha. I am a 27 years old graphic designer based in
Jakarta, Indonesia. I graduated in 2010 from Raffles KVB
University in Sydney, Australia.
I have a very big interest in languages, music, drama
theatre, photography and making a great layout for
magazine article, the reason is very simple, i love when
people can concentrate reading the content and admiring
the artwork. I totally enjoy what i do.
I am never afraid to try new things in life, i took three years
experience as creative manager in real estate areas
(apartment leasing and housing developments) and because
of this job i found myself experiencing
digital marketing media and also work ethics and
managements and learning a whole new perspective on
interior design areas.
I am a hard worker, goal achiever, and has a

From 2010 to 2012
Graphic Designer intern into an actual home company designer at The Hall
Chadwick Accountant Consultant. First started this job to finish an assesment
for intern section for college, experiencing the whole of being a team player

From 2012 to 2013 (And back again until December 2016)
Marketing Manager at Promax One, Jakarta
The first time working as a manager in property area, Promax One gave a huge
experiences on managing rental apartment business to have a knowledge on what is
the customer’s personal taste of apartment interior and knowing people from a lot
of countries could be such a wonderful jobs, and rebranding their graphic images of

Creative Manager at Butik Musik, Jakarta
Since Butik Musik is a music magazine company, the company gave special job
to make a concept from photos of the artist of the month, the design layout

If you are a designer or someone at least know the design
perspective wise, i will sure that you will ask me, “why
would you make a logo for a company that almost similar
with tv station ?” well, the answer is not complicated at
all, it’s because the request from the owner, that is pretty
much why i also learnt about how to be obidient to the
leader, and boy.. that is not easy.
But here in Promax One i am very inspired because not
that they just handle the leasing apartments for some
people outside the country but they also doing interior
design jobs, my tasks in Promax One is not only design
newsletters, name cards, and many office things but also
to make sure that these people who want to lease is
impressed by the offering units, so i managed to take
great pictures, put it online on some website that promote
apartments (so they will appear up first if you had to type
“ apartments in Jakarta for rent”) and in these jobs i also
happened learn how to use a very proper English language
in business wise, Not slank, Not slank at all.

Butik Musik is a music magazine that located in Tebet area, South Jakarta.
They were just a concept before they hired me as their graphic designer, after talking to the
several owners, came to understand about how they want people not to look down on
Indonesian music, they were also creating bunch of projects that comes with this exciting thing,
called a music card, where artist can send their music and they will make it into a code, that can
be downloaded on their website. Working in Butik Musik made me open my eyes about
the music industry, they were also giving a chances to work as their team to re- branding a lot of
images of their indie musicians, how they have to look good, stage concepts and video making.
Yacko, is the first musician
interviewed by Butik Musik, she is such an
inspire to a lot of people, her music genre is
hip-hop, even she is very much active on
stage, she also working full time lecturer.

8. To be honest, i am never a big fan of metal music
and obviously i have no idea why such a screaming
genre has a fans for it, but it all changed until i met
these 3 lovely people, called Jeffry, Arzand, and
Nova. Butik Musik trusted me to handle their sister
company called Savary Capital, because the owner
himself loves to find new music, it is really important
for him to find new talents and a fresh music to hear
every now and then.
I suprised myself when i tried to talk to them and
make their artwork, they are pretty amazing.
The funniest thing about being artwork graphic
designer, that to make a certain artwork, you have to
involve to a bit of their daily life, to know what the
message they are trying to say on the cover.
PISTOLBLAST
The cover called “Logika Purba”; “Primitive Logic” ;
which they are obviously talking about politics and how
hard life can be.
What i love about this project is not just only design
wise that i have to think about, but also on the creative
side on stages, how they look, and how they actually
have to work out their bodies, so they can have those
“macho” performances like how they wanted to be.
Not forget to mention, this is also the first video i made
with with a very cool to work with director, called Heru
Sukmadana and a smart video projector Vera Lestafa.
This project has been givin a lot lesson to learn as a
team and how complicated is movie editing is.

9. Gardenia Residence is one of PT. Graha Nuansa Mentari’s product,
Being working in Gardenia has made me learn a lot of marketing
strategic, because my job desk is taking progress pictures, making
newsletter materials, and get to know what to advertise on next
month promotion, and even to bilboard i had to manage it on my
own, at first it was hard, but after a month working there and keep
it going, i know a lot of people and knowing a lot of advertising
business on the road.

Once again Graha Nuansa Mentari gave me a big chance
to brand one of their product, they were building a
modern market in Makassar area, where my task for this
was branding their logos, their shuttle bus, cost budgeting
and planning their next event, also gave a big experience
on learning design point of view outside Jakarta, and how
to deal with people that very much has a different
habits of two big cities, it could be fun and it could be
hard too, but the challange accepted.

Working at Now Magazine, has been one of the
great experience so far, because Mr. Speirs gave
a full authority for the creative sides, that involves
photography, layout, art direction, and also
production, the craziest part of working at Now!,
beside the editorial meeting (article content is very
important, of course) is flying to Singapore to take
photos for 5 hours and go back straight away, not
just only for the Singapore ones, but also produce
content for Indonesia travel and lifestyle called

Total 8 plus is an alkaline water that
promotes health and to have better life
by taking ourselves well.
The market is A and B, and the content
every month on instagram, twitter, and
facebook has to be related on sports,
healthy lifestyle, and beauty, as the
market is more to woman more than
men, that is why almost of the content
object shot is a woman, on the next
page, i have displayed some of the
photos of product and the model shot.
