15. Some TSB tipsSome TSB tips
• Assign someone with an obsessive eye for detail to co‐ordinate the TSB
application
• Read all the paperwork available from TSB and use a marker pen
• Ask questions if you do not understand
• Anticipate that the administration of the project will consume 4 times the
number of hours/days you anticipate
• Never assume that you understand fully how TSB processes work
• Realise that your Monitoring Officer faces the same challenges as you do
