Gregory has over 20 years experience in higher education research and administration. He has served on senior administrative teams in both the university and community college settings. Prior to joining the California System of Higher Education, Gregory served as Executive Director of an economic policy research institute at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
