Anticipate on the project costing and work closely with tender team to optimize project cost;
Establish the ECA document with consortium partner including erection budget, unit rate,
manning plan, quality plan, sourcing strategy, and project schedule etc
• Define the improvement initiatives with headquarter, select and monitor it to be implemented
into small scale of the project, check the result and share the experience/lesson learned
• Efficiently managing onshore execution, provide key support to site activities and office

The main duties include:
• Define the scope of work and budget allocated, produce a detailed operation plan, associate
with other department to prepare for Project Execution Strategy and provide the performance
report on a regularly basis;
• Oversee site office as well as construction site; Provide onshore infrastructure & administration
services
• Update the risk and opportunities register, develop and implement the mitigation plan in
conjunction with the site manager and other function heads
• Identify and facilitate process improvement as needed, carry out advanced data collection and

implementation of Project Monitoring System and compares the actual progress vs the planned
one and reports accordingly.

of technical specification with construction inspection for a new oil/water separator. .
