• Support on sales strategy and negotiation; Involved in local partnership strategy discussion;
Anticipate on the project costing and work closely with tender team to optimize project cost;
Establish the ECA document with consortium partner including erection budget, unit rate,
manning plan, quality plan, sourcing strategy, and project schedule etc
• Define the improvement initiatives with headquarter, select and monitor it to be implemented
into small scale of the project, check the result and share the experience/lesson learned
• Efficiently managing onshore execution, provide key support to site activities and office
management while building strong relationship with client and related stakeholder.
• Responsible for an onshore EPC contract. Preparation of commercial/technical contractual
conditions of subcontracts; evaluation, qualification and negotiation of subcontractors; Forecast
and monitor projects finances; Identify the potential risk and opportunity.
• Ensure all site civil related activities align with corporate regulation, ethics, as well as the
compliance of applicable EHS requirement.
• Review the quantity of the work completed with the site team and forecast the BoQ to be

The main duties include:
• Define the scope of work and budget allocated, produce a detailed operation plan, associate
with other department to prepare for Project Execution Strategy and provide the performance
report on a regularly basis;
• Oversee site office as well as construction site; Provide onshore infrastructure & administration
services
• Update the risk and opportunities register, develop and implement the mitigation plan in
conjunction with the site manager and other function heads
• Identify and facilitate process improvement as needed, carry out advanced data collection and
analysis for process mapping, develop containment and correction plan, conduct root cause
analysis, define and verify corrective actions, implement corrective actions and ensure
effectiveness, implementation action plan to prevent occurrence, summarize lesson learned

• Manage the local purchase, defect rectification activities, claim, invoicing and payment process

the Experts Report on the engineering disputes between AMEC Construction Ltd and ALSTOM
relating to the GRP Pipe failure.

checklist provided to the Client and the final Due Diligence Report.
• AES Kilroot Retrofit Project, Ireland: Responsible for review/approval of technical documents
prepared by EPC contractor related to civil/structural works.
• Whitegate IPP Power Station, Ireland: Working as Site Coordinator to ensures proper
implementation of Project Monitoring System and compares the actual progress vs the planned
one and reports accordingly.
• Brigg Power Station, UK: Responsible for site survey, detailed foundation design and preparation
of technical specification with construction inspection for a new oil/water separator. .
• Neem Diesel Generation Power Station, Middle East: Responsible for review/approval of
technical documents prepared by EPC contractor related to civil/structural works. .
