Folic acid is a water-soluble vitamin B9.
It is also known as vitamin B9, vitamin
Bc or folacin and folate (the naturally occurring

 diarrhea,

loss, low birth weight

 forgetfulness or other cognitive declines,

the counter’ dose of 400mcg daily.

bifida, a prescription dose (5mg) of folic acid
is needed
