After completing my mandatory inpatient rotation in orthopaedics, I was able to continue my interest in orthopedic physiotherapy, where I spent 1 year in the outpatients sports rotation, managing patients with greater physical and sporting demands. This includes early and advanced post-ACL reconstruction, knee arthroscopy and return to sports fitness and agility classes. It was also during this time that I was involved in implementation of contemporary post-operative rehabilitation guidelines for rotator cuff repairs.
