5 TIPS TO GET UP EARLY IN THE
MORNING
Sleep Early
• If you have to get up early in the morning then
you have to make some changes in your
everyday habits.
• Put the habit of sleeping early in the night to
get up early in the morning. Turn off your
phone one hour before sleeping.
• Early sleeping gives your body time to get
enough sleep and you do not get tired in the
morning, so you do not even have to laziness.
Keep the alarm away from you
• You use the alarm clock to get up early but it is
also true that when the alarm sounds, you close
it and return to sleep.
• So you can not get up early. It is better that you
place the alarm on the other side of the room, so
that you have to get out of bed to close it.
• After this, go straight to the bathroom to urinate.
By doing this you will not go back to the bed.
Do not snooze the alarm
• As soon as the alarm is over, take a walk in the
room once you take it off your bed. This will
open up your sleep.
• Do not set it on the snooze after the alarm
sounds. When you sleep on setting on a
snooze, it does not hurt you, but it causes
damage.
• You are full of laziness all day long. So do not
snooze the alarm.
Get up at the same time every
morning
• Set the same time to wake up every morning.
By doing so, your body will get used to getting
up at the same time and you will not have to
work harder.
• Plus your sleeping pattern gets addicted to
your brain and helps you get up at the same
time every day.
After get up early in the morning
• Drink a glass of water.
• Make meditation.
• Do physical exercises.
• Eat a cup of tea or coffee.
• Whatever you like, do the creative work.
