1. VOLUNTEER NON-DISCLOSURE/CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
In the course of my volunteer service at Hope Aglow Empowerment Center
I, ____________________________ the undersigned, do herby agree and acknowledge:
1. That during the course of my service there may be disclosed to me certain
information, trade secrets of the ministry, said trade secrets consisting but not
necessarily limited to:
a) Personal information: names, addresses, phone numbers, and other matters of
concern relating to the saints.
b) Technical information: methods, processes, formulae, compositions, systems,
techniques, inventions, machines, computer programs and research projects.
c) Business information: sources of supply, financial data and marketing,
production, or merchandising systems or plans.
2. I agree that I shall not during, or at any time after the conclusion of my service at
Hope Aglow Empowerment Center, use for others, or myself or disclose or divulge to
others any trade secrets, confidential information, or any other proprietary data of
Hope Aglow Empowerment Center in violation of this agreement.
3. That upon the conclusion of my service at Hope Aglow Empowerment Center:
a) I shall return to the ministry all documents and property including but not
necessarily limited to reports, manuals, correspondence, personal lists,
computer programs, drawings and all other materials and copies thereof
relating in any way to Hope Aglow Empowerment Center, or in any way
obtained by me during the course of my service. I further agree that I shall
not retain any copies, notes, or abstracts of the foregoing.
b) Hope Aglow Empowerment Center may notify any future or perspective
ministries or third party of the existence of this agreement, and shall be
entitled to full injunctive relief for any breach.
c) This agreement shall be binding upon me and my personal representatives and
successors in interest, and shall inure to the benefits of Hope Aglow
Empowerment Center, its successors, and assigns.
