Outlook for March
Overall, real estate activity in Torrance for the month of February was encouraging. Stats trending
positive included total sales, median days to sell, listings, sales/listing ratio, and the months of
inventory. Although the median sales price marched in the opposite direction the delta was, however, a
marginal 2.9%.
What can you expect in March? Given the aforementioned it is reasonable to assume similar if not
slightly better results compared to February. Though, tax season is known to throw curve balls. Of
course, if you are among those buyers expecting a hefty return you are well positioned to step up in
size and quality of the type of home you envision yourself living in.

  • 13. Outlook for March Overall, real estate activity in Torrance for the month of February was encouraging. Stats trending positive included total sales, median days to sell, listings, sales/listing ratio, and the months of inventory. Although the median sales price marched in the opposite direction the delta was, however, a marginal 2.9%. What can you expect in March? Given the aforementioned it is reasonable to assume similar if not slightly better results compared to February. Though, tax season is known to throw curve balls. Of course, if you are among those buyers expecting a hefty return you are well positioned to step up in size and quality of the type of home you envision yourself living in.
