13. Outlook for July
Real estate activity in Hermosa Beach remains relatively positive with 21 sales recorded in June and a
sales/listing ratio that nearly doubled month-over-month. Compared annually, June stats reveal a 13.64%
increase in the median sales price while total listings held constant.
In the news… According to C.A.R., “home sales reach highest level in two years” despite modest inventory
constraints on housing supply (http://www.car.org/newsstand/newsreleases/2015releases/june2015sales/?view=Standard).
