- 4. INTRODUCTION It starts with the sauce.
- 6. HISTORY They used to live in LUMS hostel and try blend of different things to create something new taste while studying for their exams or routine projects . Then they came up with idea to start their own fast food outlet.
- 8. FIRST OUTLET They opened outlet in SANDA LAHORE and it was a disaster as they could not even reach the BREAKEVEN in 6 months. AT that time GOHAR IQBAL AND ZARAARSHAD WERE NOT IN THE BUSINESS according to their friend Mr. AWAIS and current manager at DHA outlet.

SELECTION OF LOCATION After a complete failure GOHAR IQBAL came to them and said now according to me we should start our business in DHA as the customers there would be more receptive to idea of new sauces and their buying power is good so they started their business in DHA and selected phase 4 block cc market for the location of outlet. Ms.ZARAARSHAD did the marketing work and she formulated and implemented the strategies.
- 12. GOHAR IQBAL’S Entrepreneurship Thoughts GOHAR IQBAL was a person who during his studies always said to his friends that I don’t want to do job and always wanted to start his own work as he always loved the freedom in work which he thinks is not possible in job.
- 14. MONTHLY REVENUE They have monthly revenue of 7 million which means 70 lac.

- 17. Refreshments In order to keep the employees motivated they provide every month treat to their employees JJ . the went to gourmet grill restaurant bowling alley just to refresh their minds so that they can work with full potential.

- Once upon a time a visionary bunch of friends had a dream. A dream to make the yummiest fast food joint in town. But not just any fast food joint. Not at all! This was going to be the ‘Sauciest’ place you have ever been to. (Not kidding) These brothers rummaged through ancient recipes; experimented some quirky combinations; travelled to parts of the country only few have heard of; and eventually... locked themselves up for months, swearing to not come out until they created the ‘Greatest Sauce Ever’. Unfortunately for them, they’re also an opinionated bunch so they couldn’t exactly agree on what the ‘Greatest Sauce Ever’ was supposed to taste like. But lucky for us negotiating was not their strong suit. Which is why today there exists Johnny & Jugnu; home to burgers, wraps and the top 6 contenders for the ‘Greatest Sauce Ever’. (plus a crazy bunch who dared to dream) Many have come before and many have failed, but one thing these guys have figured out is … … it starts with the sauce.
