This short presentation describes the advantages to be gained by regularly going ON-SHIFT with the Hailo Driver app.

2. Going ON-SHIFT
Essential for taking jobs with Hailo.

3. Step 1
At the beginning of each working
day you’ll need to log in and go ON-
SHIFT.
To do this open the app, tap
‘Existing User’ and enter your email
address and password.
If you have forgotten your password
tap the ‘Forgot Password?’ link,
enter your mobile number and we’ll
text you a verification code.

4. Step 2
After you sign in, the ‘Jobs’ screen
will appear.
Tap the ‘Shift Status’ button to go
ON-SHIFT.
NOTE: You need to be ON-SHIFT to
be offered Hailo Jobs or use Fast
Pay.

5. Step 3
Enter your Badge Number and
Registration Plate and tap the ‘Go
on Shift’ button.
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to
change your reg plate details if you
change cabs. This information is
displayed to Hailo customers to help
them identify your cab at pickup.

6. Step 4
You can set your shift earnings by
tapping the ‘More Stats’ icon.
You are now ON-SHIFT and ready
to receive real-time traffic and burst
events, take Hailo Jobs and go POB
/ take street hail payments.
