6. Teaching and learning innovation group
• Started in November 2021
• Consisting of Faculty staff across programmes & research
flagships
• First task: identify how ESD is embedded across programmes in
our Faculty
• Implementation of ESD differs across programmes and courses.
Several best practice examples are present.
• More cross-fertilization and professional development of staff in
ESD is needed.

7. Teaching Entrepreneurship for Sustainability (TES)
Aim: Integrating entrepreneurship and sustainability education
WP1: Mapping & systematizing current approaches & practices
WP2: Design of a new teaching module
WP3: Train the trainers & develop assessment tools

8. The Living Lab (BSc GRL)
Core elements:
I. Research internship with host organisation = local partner
from the region
II. Students work on a pressing societal challenge that concerns
the organisation
III. Students (in groups) work in the organisation for one-day a
week for a period of 6-months and carry out academic research
to answer the research question and come up with a visible
output for the host organization.

9. MSc Sustainable Entrepreneurship
Core elements:
I. Students learn to tackle sustainability challenges through
entrepreneurship
II. Students develop an entrepreneurial mindset and sustainable
entrepreneurship competencies
III. Final projects in collaboration with sustainable organizations and
business coaches
