  • À propos In the mid 1990s, I was part of the team helping to conceive and launch websites for several Texas newspapers. Nowadays, we'd call what I was doing 'content strategy.' In 1999, I started working with ad agencies to help plan interactive experiences for their clients. I created my first site map and set of wire frames in 2001, and then learned that we called what we were doing 'information architecture.'
