Presented on 29 January 2019 to master students of Prof. Thomas Armbrüster's Philipps University Marburg Department of Knowledge Management and focusing on some of Deutsche Telekom's practice in the field and a discussion of the role of human collaboration, customer centricity and innovation scaling for the knowledge management of the future. Founded in 1527 and located 100 km north of Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main area, Uni Marburg is one of Germany's oldest and, with 11 nobel laureates, most prestigious academic institutions with today 25.000 students and 12% international registration.
