I would like to recommend Hassan Mohamed Hassan as a candidate for a position within
your organization. Hassan was employed in our office. Hassan did an excellent job in this
position and was an asset to our organization during his tenure with the College. He has
excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, can work
independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done.
During his tenure with Cairo Canadian College, Hassan was employed as Training
Coordinator & Operations manager. Hassan's duties were to effectively schedule and manage
a team of employees to maintain efficient office operations, train employees all legal,
regulatory, information security and compliance requirements with regards to accreditation to
avoid violations. Ensure attainment of organizational objectives including regulatory, growth
and financial performance. Train new hires and encourage, identify and develop best practice
strategy and ensure staff compliance of all policies and procedures as per training manuals.
Hassan was required to attend weekly management meetings with detailed weekly reports and
co-ordinate with Facility Manager and HR.
At times I have found Hassan to be slightly overwhelmed with the work load, however; he
compensates with extra work hours when needed and puts in quality time and effort to
complete the job. Hassan is dependable, reliable, hard-working, conscientious, honest and
courteous. He responds promptly to customer needs, provides excellent customer service,
maintains complete and accurate documentation, furthermore; he has an excellent work
attendance record of 100%
Hassan was always willing to offer his assistance and had an excellent rapport with the many
constituents served by our office including students, employees, and other professional
organizations. He would be an asset to any employer and I recommend him for any endeavor
he chooses to pursue.
I would happily re-employ Hassan as I consider him to be a valuable member of the team,
who consistently achieved good results and delivers all expectations.
