4. This is one that I had a pretty hard time with when I was first starting out in entrepreneurship.
I lacked in the confidence I needed to sell my products, expertise and just about anything else.
I was afraid of what people would think, if they would even like my creative vision,
if they would take to the products I was selling.
But those were all IF thoughts, not facts. The FACT is… I was pre-judging MYSELF!
That’s not healthy! I didn’t believe in myself, and because of that, I wasn’t going to be successful.
In order to be successful, you need to believe in yourself. And I’m telling you, the moment you do,
your life as you know it will change! You will become more confident and excited about life.
You ARE amazing, and you EXUDE confidence.
Tell yourself this everyday, until you start to believe it!

6. Make a list of goals, and put them in a place where you are reminded of them daily.
Make them attainable, but also challenging, short term and long term.
Personally, I make a list of goals, but I also make a vision board. It helps
me visualize my goals and I can see what I am striving and working hard for.
Why goal setting is important:
- It gives you a focus
- You can measure your progress
- You have less of a chance of being distracted
- It gives you motivation

Don’t stop until you reach them all.

8. The Art of Manifestation is not a new idea. But, if you’re anything like me.. you might not
think it’s real. I thought it was totally bull up until recently. The thing is, manifesting your
goals and desires is real - and you are doing it now whether you are aware of it or not, which
may not be in a good way.
In order to manifest your goals and create a life you love and desire, you must set an
intention and clearly identify what it is you want. Write it down, not like you write down your
goals, but write down exactly what your life WILL become, not what it is currently.
Then envision your life as if these goals and desires are already reality.

9. You see.. when we manifest the things we do not want in our lives, we are actually casting a
negative energy on ourselves… don’t worry, I’m not crazy, this is the real deal.
So, like I said: sit down, define what you WANT. Describe it in detail, draw it out, define how
it makes you feel. And then [here’s the hardest part], believe that it is possible. You need to
know that anything in life is possible with hard work, dedication and belief.
And the last part of manifesting your dreams, is a positive vibration. Keep your vibrations
high, surround yourself with positive people that support you and your goals, start working
towards your goals, and leave the negativity in the past.

11. If you take only one thing from this e-book, please, make it this… STOP comparing yourself
to other people. Stop comparing yourself to other women, people in higher positions or that
are more successful than you, that have more than you do, or that seem to have a perfect life.
Not one person on this Earth has a perfect life, and everyone has their own problems and
struggles. People handle those struggles differently, people manifest things differently. Focus
on YOUR journey, and yours alone. Some people get a fast start on their goals, and some
people have a bit slower start, but it is all relative. Don’t compare yourself, because it brings
about negative energy, and you lose sight of your priorities and positive vibration.
Now that we’ve settled that…
Just know that you are amazing, worthy and beautiful.

13. Practice gratitude in everything. It’s easy to be grateful when something good happens. But are you
grateful when something negative happens? You might be thinking, “how do I do that!?”. If something
negative happens, be grateful that you can learn from it.
Think about starting a gratitude journal. Not only is it a great way to practice gratitude and spend
time focusing on the good things in life, but it’s also really neat to look back on your journal and see
what sort of things happened along the way to your success!
When your dreams really do become reality, you’ll be grateful — but it’s gratitude that will get you
there.. don’t forget that!
