• Peking Duck is the most famous food in
Beijing. Beijing duck is the local flavor of
Beijing. The best roast duck restaurant is
called Ya Wang ( King Duck ), it is not satisfied
with traditional Beijingroasted duck and goes
one step further.

• There’s so many unique desserts in Beijing.
• Ex: aiwowo, tanghulo, ludagun, the nobles
were the only people who can eat those
desserts.
