sent between distant friends. This is because you
can send pictures easily by E-mail and it is a good
way to show them what you have been up to.

of the Email usually starts with Dear… or To
whom is may concern… Then it will have a
paragraph of information below it, they may
even attach a document to the E-mail so the
person receiving them can access the
