Our Mission Black Coaches Canada is a mission focused organization, dedicated to empowering, supporting & connecting black people within the sports community in Canada and abroad by elevating our stature. Our team is committed to working for the common good and what's right for the underrepresented through promotion, awareness, tackling barriers and representation within sports. Whether you are directly involved in sport or aspiring to partake, we want to ensure the interests of our beneficiaries are at the forefront by insisting on fair, safe & equitable opportunities. This is a legacy of sustainable change for all levels of sport in the present and the foreseeable future. By building trust, sharing, improving & implementing changes while cultivating a culture of learning and celebrating achievements together as one we can reach our destination.   3. 3. our 2020 GOALS 1 Build out the foundation of BLACK COACHES CANADA for sustainable success. selection of board recruit elders, advisors, regional representation and members set up not for profit business model build out marketing & branding maintain strong lines of communication frame strategies and KPI's This quarterly report is a way for our organization to communicate the issues we are trying to improve, as well as our strategy on how we facilitated change. It will measure the impact that Black Coaches Canada is making in people's lives, by focusing on their social or environmental outcomes, It isn't merely a description of the activities undertaken by the organization either, but it also provides the analysis on the results of these activities. 3 Create safe spaces to discuss, address and support black members while structuring strategic advocay and alignment supporting the black experience What's App Group in place Think Tank/ Healing Group to help move forward cohesively Develop empowerrment tools and standards with Zero Tolerence policies and Safe Guarding solutions Aligning with international organizations that support human rights issues 2 Cultivate reputation through networking & branded pieces demonstrate our impact & effectiveness through reporting , qualitative and quantitative evidence be transparent and concise with our audience Back up our claims and vision with relevant data Strive to be an organization that is an expert in this field 4 Accountability pieces with new forms of cooperation and support enforce our mission Human rights risk assessment aligning sport values and human rights a cultural shift that must affect everything top governance does and how it does it. The result must be ‘good governance,’ not merely ‘good-looking governance expectations around the World Cup in Canada and corporate responsibility 03

Open conversations with different guests to highlight the black experience in sport Exploring how to get more girls & women of colour involved in sport DETAILS In progress(Oct 3-31) 6 teams (Male) Branded Pieces to build upon Built out list of guest Creating template for Youtube Covering vast subjects Will take place in London, ON April/2021 Locked down main speakers and some guest speakers OUTCOME A review of projects against our mission and goals Improving and implementing changes depending on the results of the report Building trust with funders, supporters, and beneficiaries Cultivating a culture of unity among similar organizations Celebrating mutual achievements In support of this strategy, our organization will create impact reports, such as: 04 Coaching & Mentoring In progress Both Male & Female Specilized Pieces In depth program including specialized Social and Psychologic pieces
  5. 5. our 2020 STRATEGIC OVERVIEW This Strategic Overview is a snapshot of our organization and who will lead various areas It illustrates a general idea of how we will tackle subject matter in a collective and organized fashion. There is a cohesive manner in our approach to ensure we are all moving in the same direction and no ground is ignored as we move forward. The executive board will be responsible for the overall advocacy of the organization and individual directors are seeing to more specific areas that require attention. 05

  12. 12. q1 Analysis It took a bit longer than expected to get things up and running but we can now get back on track & look back. We need to work harder on a few areas. Our membership are made up of mainly males. We need to seek more equity & address barriers overall. Capitalize on our online presence Tap digital platforms in a bid to capture market share, insights and metrics Collection of data around behaviour to drive revenue and opportunity for the organization.
