meet your needs thus helping to minimise the costs for
managing your property to let.
Home Lettings Scotland will also consider providing bespoke
management services for landlords where there are multiple

the time and resources to conduct viewings, deal with the
administration and manage the issues that arise from renting
property.

You provide us a set of keys, and we’ll provide you with a
comprehensive tenant finding service you expect of any top quality,
professionally Letting Agent. The day to day management of your
property and monthly rent collection will be then over to you.

Home Let Managed is for those landlords who are looking for a
“hands off” service with complete reassurance and piece of mind
everything is taking care of. Our full management service is
comprehensive yet extremely competitive when compared to other
Letting Agents.
We will deal with every aspect of letting your property, from
marketing and viewings, to serving legal notices, carrying out
inspections and dealing with deposit returns. We will allocate every
property a dedicated property manager to act as the landlord and
tenant’s first point of contact for all maintenance issues.
Whether we have found a tenant for you or you already have a
tenant, we can manage the property for you. We can manage just a
single property for you or we can manage portfolios of any size!
Home Let Managed Fees

• 8% of total monthly rent pcm
Home Let Managed, really is a simple solution for landlords. You hand
us a set of keys and we do the rest. We’ll simply deduct 8% from your
monthly rent (as we will be collecting the rent for you as part of the
service) and send you the remaining rent every month. It really is a
service which gives you complete piece of mind.
