Some good advices in gaming UX process
    #1 Find players mindset

    #2 Be patient but very concrete with science folks
    #3 You can use classic IA tools while working on the gameplay
    #4 Prototype and test (but with different focus)
    #5 Interaction design is essential (and much
    more sophisticated than in web)
    #6 Playability is often more important than usability
    #7 Remember about gaming standards

    #8 Think twice before starting such a project ...
