2. Who:
The people who were involved in
"Michael Bolton Plagiarism Case"
include Bolton, Isley Brothers, Court
Officials, both musician's sponsors and
their lawyers.

3. What & Where:
Basically, Bolton and his music
producers copied a song from The Isley
Brothers and claimed it as his own
song. The Isley Brothers sued Bolton,
causing both individuals to go to a
court in LA, CA and the Supreme Court.

4. When:
The Isley Brother's song, Love Is A
Wonderful Thing, was released in 1966.
Bolton performed his "version" in 1996.
In 2000, The Isley Brothers filed a
copyright-infringement towards Bolton.
Finally, in 2001, the case was taken to
the Supreme Court and was put to an
end there.

5. Why:
The Isley Brothers filed an
infringement due to the acts of
plagiarism performed by Bolton. Bolton
pleads he had never heard of the song
nor the famous musicians, but that
didn't affect the end-judgement.
