2. Berlin history and –highlights
ü The first mention of the name BERLIN was in 1192. The name Berlin has nothing to do
with a bear. The names comes from the Slavic - the translation is „city in the swamp“!
ü Berlin is the capital of Germany and one of the16 states of Germany. The population of
Germany is nearly 80 million, of whom live in Berlin 3.5 million.
ü The city was divided; East Berlin became the capital of East Germany while West Berlin
became an island or enclave, surrounded by the Berlin Wall 1961–1989!
ü Berlin is subdivided into 12 districts! It works like small governments.
ü Now Berlin has service oriented industries. In the past (before world war two) Berlin was
dominated by manufacturing industries with big players like Siemens & Airplane.
But today the manufacturing industries are coming back.
Key notes
Berlin have more then 700.000 dogs; a circel from 62 km, that is the same as
the distance from Amsterdam to Den Haag.
Berlin has a mix population. Berlin is the city of singels with 52% of the population.
Berlin tourist industry has 60 % German and 40% International Tourists.

6. Our business case :
Adogo together with Tierheim Berlin
website & App can work together as information system to provide data.
You can share the location where you walk with your dog.
But it is more then this data - it is how we connect the different data and filter this data
for our consuming using.
Adogo have different interests in providing customer value then the Tierheim Berlin.
Both are using the basic standard, this idea was already developed in the car
manufacturing industry. We use the same base for the different models.
Adogo is an early stage start-up, we are working on this project for 1 year and we
move forward with our partners. Time line to laungh this project is the end of this year.
Adogo can roll out this product due to the cooperation with Tierheim Berlin, with
the dog Association Germany; total dogs in Germany are 7 million.
Adogo has the capacity to roll out the menu list from location-tracking, food consuming,
training accessories, insurance, holidays, Medical Social Community and and …
Adogo need capital to build features , we have invest in the basis; now we are ready to
roll out –

Our business case :
Get2Berlin is the branding name from Hippo Tourismus and work together with
get2Card. This company has been in the market for over 20 years. The business model of
the get2Card is - you can have dinner for 2 and pay for one .The marketing idea
behind is to promote the restaurants, to have customer relation ship and to reduce
the empty places in restaurants, theaters, museum or entertainment locations.
The company have a data subscription from 24.000.
Market situation have been change. Marketing in news papers are not working any
more. People are moving and buying behavior more on internet .
The tourist industry is a growing market in Berlin - we have 28 million of tourist !!
65% are German!! 35 % are foreigners. Berlin have more hotels then New York.
You can stay in Hotels & Hostels & B&B & RB&B.
Get2Berlin website & app makes easier for tourists to move in the city and can save
money with the 2for1 principle. People like to have more short holidays and more
often in the year. Our partnes (restaurants, museum, theaters, entertainment locations)
are more then 650 in Berlin. Our point of sales are : Hotels, Travel Agencies, Souvenir
Shops, airlines like easyet, airberlin and the 2 airports.

Get2Berlin developed this business case from old to new model like a joint venture.
Integration takes time but we are successfull.
Get2Berlin are looking for investors that can bring added value for our devolpment in
different cities and countries.

Our business case in early stage
PDM stands for Project Delivery Management for the future capital of companies: IT. We support promising
start-ups and young companies with IT delivery & project management expertise to become successful with
what they do.
Whether it is the development of a web page, an online marketing campaign or development of an app for
smartphones, we just make sure - you get what you expected.
BAIS is 100% owner of this company because we like to control the data flow - big data for our start ups and we
like to be the architect in our IT design. This company is running by Jean Paul Zuidema and Hugo Henraat. They
are both Dutch entrepreneurs with a long historical experience in international IT business.
What is Logiwerk
Is a local IT company in Germany, specialized in web pages & app & optimalization for social media and google
analystic. Their strong point ist to connect different systems for multi purpose use.
Our aim is to make a DIYSS ( Do It Your Self Software )!
We believe in - that we will be a part of our own BIG data.
The coorporation is for 2 years and we are working for our beta version and we will be ready to present to
investors in 2017!

Our business case in early Stage
Touro College is a sponsored independent institution of higher and professional education, in New York City,
United States and Russia. Founded by Bernard Lander, the College was established primarily to enrich the
Jewish heritage, and to serve the larger American community. Approximately 19.000 students are currently
enrolled in the various schools and divisions that comprise the Touro College and University System.
The system includes Touro College, the Touro College and University System Graduate Division, Touro COM,
and New York Medical College, accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, as well as
Touro University California and Touro University Nevada, both of which are accredited by the Western
Association of Schools and Colleges. The non-profit online university, Touro University Worldwide (TUW), is
also part of the Touro College and University Systems.
BAIS is the incubator for Touro College Berlin. With this connection we have entrance into the universities
from Touro College world wide. We are proud that we have achieve this together with Dr. Mario Zacharias
from Vivantes. We are working together with the students from Touro College, Alexander Weinstock from
Germany and Rasiel Agababaev from Azerbaijan & Moskau and Stanislav Khodkevich from Namibia & South
Africa for the project HTG ( Health Tour Germany ).
What is HTG?
We create a global system device for medical check ups & operations & rehabilitations. We will bring patients
from all over the world to Germany to use our tele medical quality device system.
Our planning :
ü In April 2016 - presentation of the canvas model at Touro College in Berlin together with our key partners.
ü In September 2016 - presentation at Touro College New York Medical College
ü In January 2017 presentation at the medical care exhibition in Wien.
12. PR on the GO – Disrupting the PR industry
Berlin early-stage start up PR on the GO sets off to disrupt the PR industry.
“Incredibly, the agency model has been one of the slowest businesses to adapt in the new world around us. The next generation of clients and CMO’s don’t
need legacy pre-digital agency networks but new and fast ways of delivering results.”
PR on the GO provides PR tips and links in a do-it-yourself format for creative entrepreneurs and digital startups in different cities of the world. Additionally,
PR on the GO is partnering with publishing houses to create PR deals for their users.
Founder is Melanie Marten with 7 years of history in PR and branding for the creative industries and digital startups in Berlin. Co-founder is Hugo Henraat
for business development and technical deployment. Currently they are employing one person for sales.
PR on the GO currently launches their website with user logins and generates first transaction fees from Corporates who want to reach out to a young and
innovative audience.
The user subscription on the website www.PRontheGO.com is a preparation for the launch of the APP in July 2016 in the U.S. market and Europe.
PR on the GO collects 280,000 Euros in 2016 to launch the app in 4 different cities. Investors must be competent in media startups.
