A) DESCRIPTION AND FIELDS OF APPLICATION:
High solid two component product at low content of solvent,
very suitable for new jobs and repairs. It hardens very rapidly, sands
very easily, non absorbing. It gives the finish an even and high gloss.
It can be overpainted with any type of finish.
The EU limit for this product (subcategory IIB(c) )is 540 g/l.
The VOC of this product is below 540 g/l.
B) TECHNICAL DATA:
Composition: Hydroxylated resins, pigments, mineral charges
and solvents
Specific weight: 1,572 ± 0,05 Kg/Lt
Available colours: Grey

C) SURFACE PREPARATION:
• Bare metal, zinc-plated sheets, polyester laminates, wood,
polyester fillers, etc.
• Old finishes, including the double-coat ones.
• Sand with P180-P220.
• Clean the surface to be treated with V09 Antisil. Make sure it
is dry and free from silicone, wax, grease and any
extraneous material.
D) CAUTIONS:
> Allow flash-off time between coats, depending on reduction and
temperature.
> If used as a sealer, reduce at 20% with thinner for acrylics.
> Do not utilize the product at temperatures below 5°C.
> Store in a cool and dry place.
E) PROCESSING:
5:1 (12% by weight) hardener C15-C16 Pot life > 45’ at 20°C
5-10% with D10-D11 thinners

Fondo acrilico a due componenti alto solido e basso contenuto di solvente
adatto per lavori nuovi e di riparazione. E’ di rapidissimo indurimento e
facile da carteggiare. Non assorbe e conferisce alle vernici di finitura
una brillantezza uniforme ed elevata. Sovraverniciabile con qualsiasi tipo
di vernice. Il valor limite di VOC, in accordo alla Normativa 2004/42,
per questo prodotto appartenente alla sottocategoria IIB(c) è 540 g/l.

B) NOTE TECNICHE:
Composizione: Resine acriliche ossidrilate, pigmenti,
cariche minerali e solventi
Peso specifico: 1,572 ± 0,05 Kg/Lt

C) PREPARAZIONE DEL SUPPORTO:
• Lamiera nuda, lamiera zincata, laminati in poliesteri, legno,
stucchi poliestere, ecc.
• Vecchie finiture comprese quelle in acrilico termoplastico e
doppio strato.
• Carteggiare con carta abrasiva P180-P220.
• Pulire bene la superficie da trattare con Antisil V09 e
assicurarsi che sia asciutta e priva di silicone, cere, grassi
e sostanze estranee in genere.
D) AVVERTENZE:
> Rispettare i tempi di appassimento tra una mano e l’altra a seconda
della diluizione e della temperatura.
> Per utilizzare il prodotto come isolante diluire al 20% con diluente
per fondi acrilici.
> Non utilizzare il prodotto a temperature inferiori a 5°C.
> Conservare in luogo fresco ed asciutto.
E) LAVORAZIONE CON CARTEGGIATURA:
