This document describes a 3-day communication skills development program taking place in Madrid from May 29-31, 2018. The program will help participants learn how to structure and deliver effective oral presentations, examine the impact of verbal and non-verbal communication, and analyze different communication styles. Participants will receive feedback on recorded presentations. The program aims to enhance participants' communication performance and leadership abilities. It is targeted towards managers and professionals from a variety of industries and age groups.
